By accessing or using Edukadio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree,
please do not use the app.
2. Account Registration
To use Edukadio, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Free Tier
Free users have access to basic features with limitations on daily usage and may see advertisements.
3.2 Premium Subscriptions
- Adept: Remove ads, unlimited hearts, faster learning
- Renesans: Full access to all premium features
3.3 In-App Purchases
- Gem packages (virtual currency)
- Heart refills and power-ups
- Cosmetic items (profile frames, effects)
3.4 Billing
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal date
- All sales are final; no refunds except as required by law
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Cheat, hack, or exploit the app
- Share account credentials
- Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our content
- Use bots or automated tools
- Harass other users or share inappropriate content
5. Virtual Currency (Gems)
- Gems have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- We reserve the right to adjust gem balance for technical or fraud reasons
- Unused gems are forfeited upon account deletion
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including:
- AI-generated lessons and quizzes
- Flashcards and educational materials
- App design, code, and branding
...is owned by Edukadio or its licensors and protected by copyright law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Are inactive for more than 2 years
8. Disclaimers
Edukadio is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific learning outcomes
- Compatibility with all devices
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edukadio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved in Polish courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
AI & Generative Content
Services include AI-generated content (Google Gemini) which may contain inaccuracies. Please use discretion and verify important information.
Data Persistence & Storage
Notice: Your learning progress and settings are primarily stored locally on your device. Deleting the application may result in permanent data loss unless a cloud synchronization is active and successful.
