How to Delete

📱 Option 1: Using the App (Fastest)

Open Edukadio
Go to Profile tab
Tap Settings (gear icon)
Scroll to Account section
Tap Delete Account

✉️ Option 2: Email Request

Can't access the app? Request Account Deletion

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: Your registered email address

Processing time: Up to 7 business days.

Profile & Personal Data
Learning Progress & History
Leaderboard Rankings
Virtual Currency (Gems)

Active Subscriptions

Note: Deleting your account does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel via:

iOS: App Store → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play → Subscriptions
